My Story - Why Pain Kept Coming Back, and What Changed Everything
For years, I lived with chronic lower back pain, and a nervous system stuck in overdrive. I pushed through workouts and responsibilities thinking strength would save me, but without safety in my body, nothing stuck. I tried massage, chiropractic, stretching, strengthening, only to end up right back where I started.
The Turning Point
Everything changed when I discovered the missing piece: calming and retraining my nervous system through somatic practices, and targeted strength training.
